I was compelled to produce this charcoal wildlife series that highlights the plight of some of the most endangered species in the world - wildlife on the point of extinction, with man ultimately being responsible as the cause.

Less than 400 remain in the wild.
CROSS RIVER GORILLA
Less than 300 remain on earth.
PHILIPPINE EAGLE
Less than 250 can be found in the forests.
AMUR LEOPARD
Less than 57 remain in the wild.
SPORTIVE LEMUR
Less than 20 remain in the forests of Madagascar.
NORTHERN WHITE RHINO
Only 2 now remain under protected armed guard.
Human
More than 7,5 billion humans populate the planet, forcing many species of wildlife into extinction.
